This property is a freestanding purpose-built industrial warehouse and distribution facility located at the intersection of the M4 and M7 Motorways. The building provides temperature controlled warehousing complemented by two levels of office. A 4,450 square metre building expansion was completed in March 2011. The development maximised the site use and activated a new 15-year lease term.
