Established over 25 years ago in 1996, the Lendlease managed Australian Prime Property Fund (APPF) Industrial is a core wholesale unlisted property trust which owns a portfolio of 38 industrial and logistics properties across Australia. The Fund allows large institutional investors to benefit from exposure to a portfolio of prime, directly-held industrial properties that are modern, high-quality assets located within close proximity to major industrial precincts and infrastructure.

APPF Industrial seeks to deliver returns through the long-term ownership, development and repositioning of these assets.  The Fund has deep and longstanding relationships with tenants, leasing agents and tenant representatives.  The APPF Industrial portfolio is currently valued in excess of A$1.5 billion, comprising approximately 718,000 square metres of gross lettable area and over 93 tenancies.

The Fund invests in predominantly core industrial properties across Australia, which are: modern, functional warehouse/ logistics assets; close proximity to major infrastructure including; major roads, airport, ports, rail, CBD; eastern seaboard focused; strong tenant covenants; and low capital expenditure requirements.


The Fund’s portfolio comprises interests in 38 properties, with over 93 tenancies. The portfolio is predominantly weighted to the industrial markets of Sydney.
